Furnival house in Highgate is a grade II listed former purpose-built hostel for the domestic staff of one of the nation’s major firms. The new development has been converted the grade II listed building into 15 luxury apartments, complete with leisure facilities and car parking.
Kenmore Builders Ltd was involved in the construction of the roof which was constructed using posi joists. Kenmore was also responsible for fitting the doors and door furniture, skirting, architraves, providing a high-quality finish throughout.
